Chains of Hell is a Tainted Coil guitar solo that restrains avatars.
Description
Playing this solo will cause any nearby enemy avatars to be chained to the ground and unable to do anything for a small amount of time. Unlike Anvil of Burden and Silence, Chains of Hell only affects avatars on the ground. The trade-off is that it combines the effects of the previous two. This can be used to execute enemy avatars that are near death.
